Just returned from the weekend demonstration of our 12" arm. We had direct comparisons of the Reed 12" arm against a Rockport tangential and Tri-Planar arms. The Reed arm performed admirably. It was unanimous among the attendees that they all preferred the Reed arm over the Tri-Planar. The Rockport-Reed arm comparison was less clear but it WAS clear the Reed arm was very competitive sound wise with the Rockport arm. All in all, it was a big success for the Reed arm. In fact, they asked me to loan the arm for further listening.
